We, the undersigned, hereby ask the Governor and State Representatives of Texas to propose, act on, and pass a resolution that will preserve Texas citizen's right to keep and bear arms, and will preserve the Texas Concealed Handgun Laws. We ask that legislation be passed that will nullify any firearm registration programs, similiar to Florida Statute 790.335.

Texas citizen's right to keep and bear arms is guaranteed under the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution. Citizens have a God-given right to protect themselves and their families, and they should not have to fear revocation of this right by the United States or Texas governments.

We hereby ask that state legislation be passed that further insures these rights will not be infringed.
