Proposed Gypsy/Travellers Site at Thurcroft ref LDF:0441

The below signed are complete opposed to the the proposed gypsy/travellers site at Thurcroft for the below reasons.
1. This site will be on green belt land
2. Great Crested Newts live on the site. They are rare and protected
3. Thurcroft has a high crime rate and cannot afford this to rise
4. This will dramatically reduce house prices in the village, and the houses in the immediate vicinity
5. Schools already have high numbers of children attending - they can not take any more
6. The doctors/dentist have high numbers of patients and would struggle to care for more
7. Health, hygiene and safety the village will be compromised.
We hope that this will be taken seriously, should this site be placed near your home - I am sure you would have similar cause for concern.
