9 year old blues prodigy Tallan Latz 'T-Man' has been denied to play in bars and clubs in Wisconsin due to child labor laws stating that no one under 16 can perform in a 'roadhouse, cabaret, dancehall, club or any other similar places'.

T-Man was playing in bars and clubs almost every week-end saving-up for college under his dad's supervision.

T-Man is a genius who WANTS and NEEDS to play in these bar, his audience WANTS TO HEAR HIM PLAY, his parents also WANT HIM TO PLAY. No child abuse is taking place here so why can't Tallan be allowed to do what he loves doing and pursue his dream?
