Do not censor Tom & Jerry

To:  Boomerang / Cartoon Network

Please do not edit any episodes of Tom & Jerry to remove smoking

These cartoons have been around since 1940 and should not have to be edited just because some parent can't educate their children correctly and they want the TV to do it for them.
The Simpsons has worse behaviour than Tom & Jerry, but no-one is suggesting to edit past episodes of those.

If these cartoons offend anyone, don't watch them. It is that simple.
No one should have the right to censor a cartoon series that has been going over 60 years.

My Daughter has grown up watching these classic episodes and she no more wants a cigarette than she wants to hit people with frying pans.

Let the parents educate their children and let Tom & Jerry entertain.

Please sign this petition and convince them not to edit these historic cartoons.
