We, the undersigned are residents of the community surrounding 44 Avenue A a/k/a 155 East 3rd Street New York, NY 10009. We are in favor of the establishment of a legitimate theatre by the Upright Citizens Brigade that will have an On-Premise Tavern Beer/Wine License. We feel that this theatre with the availability of wine and beer will be a benefit to the community. We request that the members of Community Board 3 recommend approval of the application by the New York State Liquor Authority and we request that the New York State Liquor Authority approve the application.
