Stability of localised working environment

To:  Senior Management

We, the undersigned, in accordance with the right to free speech within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, wish to voice our opinion and, by implication, our approval and agreement with the points listed below: -

1. Desk moves within the workplace to be restricted to one move per three years, where necessary.
2. Point 1, above, will be subject a consultation period of no less than 13 weeks.
3. A consultation working group must be elected to ensure fairness at all times.
4. Consultation group to assume mandate of potentially affected movees.
5. All those affected by the proposed motion must unanimously agree to it, or the motion will not carry.
