We herefore move that the University of North Texas, upon the occasion of their basketball team the Mean Green gaining an automatic invitation to the 2007 NCAA basketball tournament, should endeavor to stand out from the field of 65 by bringing along another of the University's most prized assets: the One O'Clock Lab Band. We believe that a performance from the gifted students of UNT's reknowned music department will further serve to illustrate the improvisational yet disciplined nature of the team on the floor, and shine a light on all that the University has to offer. Please bring the gift of excellent jazz to the NCAA tournament.
