UO (Ultima Online) new shard

This petition is to be sent to EA/OSI. about the interest in setting up UO:R and a pre UO:R shard.

Our proposal is for EA to setup a two UO:R and two Pre UO:R shards for a least two months. One UO:R shard should be located in USA and one in Europe and same for the Pre UO:R shards. If these shards are successful we also propose that a UO:R shard without trammel is also created.

We do not request any support for those servers in the first 2 months but if they are shards are successful then support should be added.
