Petition by USINPAC (US India Political Action Committee) in response to Rush Limbaugh’s recent comments with his use of term ‘slum dog'.


To Rush Limbaugh:

1. I express my strong disagreement with your offensive and racist comments directed against the Indian community. I believe that the use of the term “slum dog” in a derogatory manner is a terrible distortion of the message of an award winning movie, and the use of the term in such a manner must stop.

2. The use of the term in such a manner must stop since it gives a message that if a very popular radio host uses it then it must be ok to use that term to denote a group of people or a profession.

3. Given the offensive and inaccurate nature of your comments I request that you apologize on your radio show, and retract the comments that you made attacking the Indian community.
