Collective Bargaining for VA Public Employees

To:  VA Governor and Legislators

We the undersigned, mindful of our right and duty to support and ensure the collective bargaining rights for all public employees, do hereby petition the Governor and Legislators of the Commonwealth of Virginia to introduce and endorse legislation to repeal the Virginia Code 40.1-57.2.

In signing this petition, we thus implore the Governor and Legislators of the Commonwealth of Virginia to hear, and act immediately upon our collective voice of reason and to support our commitment to right what we see is a grievous oversight.

Thus, supporting and passing legislation to repeal the Virginia Code 40.1-57.2.
