We are all of the people who bought your Sony-Vaio Laptop with Microsoft Windows Vista preinstalled.
This is our PC and we want to install the OS we prefer.
Unluckily, we do need drivers for the hardware installed on our laptop.
The problem is that you provide only drivers for Microsoft Windows Vista Operating System.
Why this?
Why do not you release drivers for Windows XP since you have them for other older models?
In this case we are obliged to use an Operating System we do not like and that is not yet compatible with a lot of applications we bought in the past.
We think you should release these drivers as soon as possible to permit us to use the software we have paid for.
