Fallen Officer Fred Vacha |
To: Ohio Adult Parole AuthorityOn June 20, 1973, Cleveland Police Officer Fred Vacha was murdered in cold-blood by Floyd Graham. He was shot in the face while his partner, Officer John Saccany, was seriously wounded during the incident. Graham was convicted of Police Officer Vacha’s MURDER and the felony assault on Police Officer Saccany and is now serving (2) life sentences for this brutal and senseless crime. However, he is now being considered for parole and his hearing is set for a date in May 2008.
We, the below listed persons, do NOT believe that Floyd Graham has completed his dept to the family of Officer Vacha, Officer Saccany or to our society and he should NOT be released from his obligation of incarceration (FOR LIFE) and his parole should be denied.Sincerely,
