Raptors NBA TV and TSN2 on Videotron

I'm a client of Videotron Illico, and I would kike to have access to Raptors NBA TV and TSN2.
It's really unacceptable that Bell ExpressVu or Rogers Digital offers Raptors NBA TV, and not Videotron.
And Bell ExpressVu offers TSN2 as well.
Videotron has to realize that NBA basketball is quite popular in Quebec; it's not just about hockey and the Montreal Canadiens; plus, there are many Raptors fans here; should I remind Videotron that the Raptors are a Canadian franchise?
If Videotron doesn't make the necessary adjustments think. I will give my money to another provider, let's say, Bell.
