Subject: Demand for 'vote against every candidate' option in EVM in every election.

In the current Indian voting system everyone votes and some people get elected every time. But many times corrupt politicians and even criminals wins in election and then force people to vote for them by developing a fear of crime.
In the Indian constitution in section 49(O) there is a provision that if any person decided not to vote then he can withdraw his vote and just sign there.
But it does not effect or have any impact on the voting and counting. There is no advantage of it.
As the democracy can only survive while public having control over the government election. If government is afraid to give power to the public then it is not the democracy of the people. More power to voter should be provided, in the form by an option of vote against every candidate, so that the dictatorship of corrupt political candidates and other corrupt politicians can be controlled by public. We request to the government to please include this option in the EVM. So that if public of any area does not find any good candidate to vote then they can vote against all of them so that in future these corrupt people can not participate in the election.
So we need an option for vote against every candidate and the counting of these votes as other votes and result should be decided with considering these votes.

A Voter
