PETITION TO ABOLISH THE UNITED STATES CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY



PURPOSE

To gather the e-signatures from like-minded individuals around the world who believe that the United States Central Intelligence Agency and Subordinate Agencies should be abolished, due to being an inept Agency as well as being Constitutionally illegal.

We like-minded individuals believe that the harm caused by this Agency, to the People of the World, as well as the United States, far outweighs any good they may do.

We like-minded individuals believe that the Central Intelligence Agency and its Subordinate Agencies can be described in two words utter failures.

We like–minded individuals believe there is overwhelming evidence of criminal behavior by this Agency in the name of National Security, which requires a complete and total Independent Investigation into anything and everything this Agency has been involved in since its creation. We believe randomly selected individuals from around the world should do this in an open style hearing.

Quite simply put, we like-minded individuals believe a lot of the World’s problems can be eliminated by the abolishment of this Agency.

FACTS IN SUPPORT OF OUR PURPOSE

CONSTITUTIONALLY ILLEGAL

· THE CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY IS AN UNCONSTITUTIONAL ENTITY. THIS AGENCY WAS NOT SET UP WITHIN THE BASIC FOUNDATION OF THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION, WHICH REQUIRES A SYSTEM OF CHECKS AND BALANCES.

· THIS AGENCY IS THE ONLY AGENCY WHO’S BUDGET, PERSONEL, DOCUMENTS ETC. IS TOP SECRET AND UNAVAILABLE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC AS WELL AS MOST GOVERNMENT LEADERS.

· THIS AGENCY IN THE PAST AND MOST PROBABLY NOW TOO, CLOAKS THEIR CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR BEHIND THE SHEILD OF NATIONAL SECURITY, AND THEREFORE ARE IMMUNE FROM ANY POLICE AND SUBSEQUENTLY PROSECUTORIAL ACTION.


CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY FAILURES

The following is only a very small sample of the CIA’s failures. The list would be way to long if we included everything.

· The attack on the World Trade Center (again) on September 11, 2001, the CIA failed to protect its citizens from International Terrorists.
· The terrorists as identified are part of a “terrorist network” headed by Osama Bin Laden. Osama Bin Laden was and is a creation of the CIA. Therefore it could be said that the CIA failed to protect its citizens from a terrorist they created and funded.
· The CIA failed to protect its citizens from the attack of foreign terrorists on February 26, 1993 at the World Trade Center.
· The CIA failed to protect its citizens and the citizens of Nairobi, Kenya and Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, from the attack of foreign terrorists on August 7, 1998 when a bomb exploded outside the US Embassies.
· On May 7, 1999, NATO bombs struck the Chinese embassy in Belgrade, Yugoslavia. Three embassy staff were killed -- Xu Xinghu, Zhu Ying, and Shao Yunhuan -- and about twenty-seven injured. The CIA furnished the bomb coordinates. Luckily for the citizens of the world the Chinese did not respond negatively.
· The CIA failed to share intelligence information with US Commanders in Iraq to the dangers of chemical weapons being present in the ammunition depots that the US troops were destroying.
· The CIA failed in detecting beforehand nuclear tests in India, which began on May 11, 1998.
· The CIA trained and supported Manuel Noriega in Panama while he was a known drug dealer and dictator. Former CIA Director then President George Bush Sr. used the military to invade Panama to illegally arrest and bring back to the United States (against numerous treaties) this out of control CIA operative. This caused 100’s if not 1000’s of Panamanian deaths, and at least 20 US Soldiers. None other than the CIA suppresses figures for casualties in this so-called war. They once again are covering up their mess they made.
· The CIA provided assistance to Saddam Hussein of Iraq through US agricultural loans. This was done because of the war Iraq was in with Iran. Later the United States again under the leadership of former CIA Director then President George Bush Sr. waged a war against Iraq after the invasion of Kuwait.
· The CIA trained and supported the brutal Regime of the Shaw of Iran, which eventually lead to the Shaw’s overthrow, and the expulsion of all US personnel. It also resulted in the kidnapping of United States citizens. The hate of the Iranian people for the West particularly the United States can be traced back to the brutal support of this Regime.

· The CIA has been involved in the past and the present in the War in Columbia, South America. They have had little effect if any in stopping the brutal bloodshed in that Country, and could possibly be the cause instead of the solution.
· There are numerous more factual failures by the CIA ever since it’s beginning. These include but are not limited to, the Bay of Pigs in Cuba, the Vietnam War, the bombing of the Marines Barrack in Lebanon, and the deaths of 241 Marines just to name a few. The list goes on and on.

ALLEGED CRIMINAL CONDUCT

The CIA has been accused of many incidents of criminal conduct. The very nature of the secrecy of this institution prevents anyone and everyone other than themselves to investigate criminal activity. Some of these accusations involve, drug dealing, money laundering, assassinations of Leaders of both the United States and the World. They also have been accused of cloaking themselves in the shield of National Security all the while violating citizens of the United States Rights as protected under the United States Constitution. These are all Criminal acts.


RECOMMENDATION


THE COMPLETE DISMANTLING OF THIS AGENCY, AND A COMPLETE AND THOROUGH INVESTIGATION OF ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING THEY HAVE DONE SINCE THEIR CREATION.


We like-minded individuals around the world believe that dismantling this out of control agency will benefit past, present and future generations.
