APPALLED! Mr Wong Kang Seng is appalled with yet another boo boo of his men (4). So are Singaporeans!

From the escape of an alleged terrorist under the the most ludicrous of circumstances (1) to the jail breakout of two robbers due to appallingly lax supervision (2) to Gurkhas rioting over pay matters (3) to the passport slip-up incident from disinterested work attitude and low morale (4). All in the space of a few weeks. And these are not the only four incidents (2). Which shows how complacent and mismanaged the best paid government in the world has become over the years. Yet each time, they would give silly excuses, shirk their responsibility and blame Singaporeans instead. Singaporeans must now stand together FIRMLY to help the government get their act together. Or the country would go down the path of decadence as history has amply shown of ancient dynasties.

Singaporeans have given Mr Wong enough chances to buck up but he has blown all of them away. In the true spirit of meritocracy which Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew et. al. zealously espouse, there is only one recourse - Mr Wong must be replaced in favour of the more competent. And since the multi-million-dollar pay of a Singapore minister is pegged to the best paid in the private sector, it is only fair to subject him or her to the same market discipline.

Mr Wong Kan Seng, please do the honourable thing and resign. NOW.
