This petition is to request that all radio stations take the time to listen to the band Winger's music and get them on the radio to help promote their new CD, Winger IV. Winger is a band with multi-faceted talent, with each artist highly dedicated to their craft which is evident throughout their music. This band has stood the test of time, and their new music, has an up to date sound, perfect for today's listener. We, the fans, are respectfully requesting a push to get this band on the radio and get their music heard. A special note to radio stations and Radio Executives: This CD has four songs which were written in support of our troops who are at war fighting for our freedom. Their Top 40 hit "Miles Away" was the #1 requested song by the troops in Desert Storm. Knowing how close this hits home for all of us, can't we please show our appreciation to a band who has seemingly stayed true to themselves as artists and who have been a constant supporter for those special men and women fighting for our freedom.
