To:  Microsoft Corp.

We encourage Microsoft Corp. to acknowledge that they knowingly have problems with the Thompson CD Drive in their XBOX first run and some second run products. We also encourage Microsoft Corp. to recall their products that have these drives installed and fix them at their cost. We would also encourage Microsoft Corp. to print advertisements and let their customers know in good faith about this problem.
