Exposing The Workman's Compensation Nightmare of America's Worker's

I have published this petition in order to gather the support of the victims and their families to expose the horror stories they have been forced to endure at the mercy of Workman's Compensation.Upon signing this petition, I am asking that the TV Media hosts of America assist us in bringing this matter to the public eye.

We hear and see all the terrible things going on in this great country, what with child abuse, drug abuse, spousal abuse, but nothing has ever been done about the "legal" way Workman's Compensation forces their victims into submission by with-holding funds, denying necessary medical care, and destroying lives.

I know that there are those who have abused this system by fraudulently making claims, but Workman's Compensation should not be allowed to abuse those who are in genuine need.

For many in America the Workman's Compensation insurance is their only medical coverage, as was the case for me at the time of my injury. My life has been completely altered by the fact that Workman's Compensation did not provide me with the proper medical care in a timely fashion.I had to wait a year before I received medical care which resulted my contracting a chronic illness for life.

My story is a fairy tale compared to so many horror stories I have seen and heard from friends and family members.I lost a very dear friend because Workman's Compensation kept putting off a hearing for him to get approval to receive medical treatment even though it was made very clear that his condition was critical.And now I have another friend that the Workman's Compensation is trying to force into an "experimental treatment which could paralyze her"....

My question to Maury,Sally,Oprah,The Early Show,Good Morning America,Dateline,48 Hours,Frontline, Investigative Reports,Primetime Thursday, 60 Minutes is:"Why hasn't anyone done a show about the horrors forced upon the worker's of America?"
