The Adoptee's Amendment |
To: U.S. CongressI support an amendment to the constitution allowing the following:
Section 1. The right of adopted citizens of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older, to possess their original birth certificates, shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or any state.
Section 2. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.
