To:  DEPARTMENT OF PROBATION AND 113TH POLICE DEPARTMENT

I would like to welcome everyone to my Petition Statement. I'm currently on a 5 years(Y.O.)Youthful Offender Probation Felony,for an a attempt robbery. From 2004 its now March 2008 which next year April 2009 i will be finish. I recently got a new charge on February 11. 2008 with me purchasing a car from a guy who i thought was legit. From Craiglists.com with the vehicle he gave me a temporary 30 days paper tag from his proclaimed private dealer i signed the document with only with my birth name
nothing else, so that i won't drive the vehicle with no plates. On FEB 11, 2008 i was pulled over in Queens by the 113th Police a traffic stop. The officer said i bought the tags for the vehicle for two hundred dollars(in the police report) after i told him i was on probation and what for and after he search the vehicle and found nothing. I was arrested that day also awaiting that night i had two friends in the car they took me to jail and my friends ask the arresting officer how would they get home. The officer then handed the car keys to my friend and told him to leave with no plates are registration on the vehicle. (DO YOU THINK THE POLICE OFFICERS SHOULD OF IMPOUNDED THE VEHICLE BEEING THAT I WAS ARRESTED AND THE CAR HAD NO PLATES)Once i talk to my lawyer i understood i was being charge with a forge document which is a felony, and I'm still on probation when i came home that weekend the judge gave me a (ROR)Release on own Recognizance and i also had to report to my probation within 24 hours of my arrest which i did. When i get there i seen my probation officer then the supervisor. DO YOU THINK THE SUPERVISOR SHOULD HAVE ISSUED A (VOP)Violation of Probation. for a case thats still open and i haven't been proven guilty YET. PLEASE PEOPLE I NEED YOUR HELP WITH THIS ONE AND THANK YOU MY NEXT COURT DATE FOR THE (VOP) is APRIL 8,2008 AND Y.B.Y.D. (YOUNG.BLACK.YOUTH.DEFENDANTS.)THE TRUTH IS WHAT IM STANDING UP FOR
