Stop Overture from defrauding companies

To:  Everyone

I would like to petition any one of the 50 states attorneys to charge Overture/Yahoo with fraud. They knowingly set up a daily bugdet system which did not work and have overcharged thousands of companies against their will. I would like to see them charged with fraud or have them fix their system and the have the companies affected compensated in some way.
