We, the undersigned residents of the Oakdale and Smyrna/Vinings area, are in strong opposition to these applications. Although the property is zoned commercial, it contains a residence and is on a residential street.

A 180 foot cell tower, located on a high hill directly adjacent to South Cobb Drive and Cumberland Parkway would be an eyesore seen for miles a round. It would be potentially unsafe and discourage further positive redevelopment in the area.
