Neo Technology Becoming NPC Owned and Run

To:  Salesman, Server Administrator of Era

Just recently the return of Neo Technology, in essence, the building and the items it provides, had returned. This was a great joy to me, regardless of the condition it was in, and the strife it had to go through to keep it actively owned, and still existent. As soon as I was in realization that Neo Technology had returned I was overjoyed, and asked the owner of it if I could help out with the progress of Neo Technology and its future, he agreed after hearing my past with Neo Technology itself and its previous owners, who were the original people who created Neo Technology and its products, graphics, ideas, and all. Now, as soon as I was given this privilege, I immediately started brainstorming for new ideas, inventive ideas that would create brand new aspects to Era, which would create more draw to Era, and at the same time provide Neo Technology with a better name, and a longer lifespan. But, I’ve come to find out that the administrator of this server, a fairly new one comparatively to other server administrators who have existed in my player time on Era, consistent of my multiple accounts , had made the decision to make Neo Technology NPC run, therefore no player could come to its profits, which is regardless of this petition.

Now remember my reasoning for this petition is part fact that this business is a huge past-time of my Era history, and friendship.

This petition is exactly for the past topic, to not make Neo Technology a NPC owned business, for multiple reasons. One of the drawbacks of NPC owned business, period, is the effect of it on the economy and the “gun economy”. Similar to the Weapons Shop at unstick me these guns will stock automatically, or by player choice, and will have the ability to flow uncontrolled. With the business being NPC controlled, the previous stated problems will make the Neo Technology guns, a common everyday gun, that only adds the inflation in the Era economy, inflation which has already taken place, and makes it nearly impossible for any new player that comes to this server, with any hopes of getting anything half decent, unless they plan on spending every day in and out using regular methods of money gathering, (I.E. Mining, Flower Picking, Seashell digging etc.) to get most items. (I.E. Hi, “I’m new to this server, how much money do I need to get a good gun?” “Well.. now-a-days most 50k is pocket change, and average guns go for around 100k” “Oh, wow, forget this, I’d rather just go back to Unholy Nations, and sit around and do nothing”)

So as you see it would not only cause economy problems but it would also lower player base for Era, which is just something nobody wants.

So if you agree with me and that this business should not be NPC owned, because of the multiple reasons stated above, please sign this petition with the following:

1. Your Era in game Account and or Name if you want to be Anonymous that’s fine too, thought its more helpful if you prove you're not a spam bot)

2. How long you have been playing Era specifically.

3. Any additional comments you have on anything that has a serious affect on Era due to current decisions on business such as Neo Technology

Sincerely,

The Undersigned
