Indiana Open

To:  Indiana State Legislators

We are the adoptees, the first parents, and the adoptive parents of Indiana Open. We want the state of Indiana to allow adoptees and their families access to the very document that accurately records our lives, the original birth certificate. It is time that the state legislators of Indiana bring us into the present time. It is time to allow adoptees the same rights as those not affected by adoption.
