Demanding the reactivation of article 50

We the undersigned would like to file our petition to the Iraqi parliament in demanding to reactivate article 50, which the Iraqi Parliament recently nullified.
Article 50 guaranteed a quota of seats representing Iraqi minorities in the provincial councils.
