The parties to this agreement are Artifice Inc. ("Artifice"), publisher of PetitionOnline.com, GreatBuildings.com, and DesignCommunity.com, an Oregon corporation, P.O. Box 1588, Eugene, OR 97440, and __________________________________________ ("Advertiser/Agent") whose primary address is ________________________________ ________________.
The Advertising Space shall be:

a. Advertiser/Agent shall pay to Artifice $________ each month for ________ guaranteed impressions of Advertising Space per month; or,
b. Advertiser/Agent shall pay to Artifice $________ per page, per month for Button Advertising Space.
Advertiser/Agent shall pay 50 percent of the first month’s fee within five business days of execution of the contract and the remaining 50 percent upon receipt of invoice. Advertiser/Agent shall thenceforth pay in full each month upon receipt of invoice during the term of this contract.
