We ask the Russian President to end the yearly ban against a gay pride march in Moscow. This ban and the accompanying violence directed against Moscow's gay community by far-right groups and the police damages Russia's standing in the eyes of the EU and the world. We ask the President to begin a dialogue with Russia's gay community on the impact and damage caused by homophobia and prejudice and to work together to eliminate it from Russian society.
