On November 6, 2002, ADV Films announced the creation of a new cable television network: THE ANIME NETWORK, whose programming will be entirely comprised of Japanese animation. (See http://www.animeondvd.com/press/advfilms/adv063.php for information about this new network.)

This petition has been created to show cable television providers that there is a huge amount of interest in The Anime Network. We hope that the sheer volume of signatures on this petition will help illustrate that interest.
