Dear Sir /Madame,

We write to you on behalf of the Arab Organization For the Defense
of Expression & Press Freedom-AODEPF and its general secretary Nizar Nayouf . On
26.08.2003 Syrian writer,journalist and publisher Ahmad Sleiman (descendant from
a Turkish origin)Arived in the city of DUSSELDOORF (Germany) in which he asked
for political asylum . 3 days later, he was transferred to TRIER  for
investigation by the domestic authorities concerning such as cases, then to
FRANKENTHAL . Since that date he is staying in a camp , waiting for the final
decision about his situation. Unfortunately the German authorities’ action with
him was not fit, although his position of health is very bad . He told AODEPF
that “ the social worker responsible for him told him that he has no right of
hospitalization unless he gets a job “. However, they have rejected to retain a
lawyer for him. So he was compelled to do that at his own expense ,

بيان تضامني مع الشاعرالسوري أحمد محمد  سليمان

 

تقدم الكاتب والصحفي أحمد محمد سليمان بأوراق لجوئه في ألمانيا ولكن ضروف اللجوء
القاسية جعلته في حالة صحية خطرة.

وصل أحمد سليمان في الشهر الثامن 2003 بعد أن عاش في بيروت قرابة ثلاثة عشر عاماً.

أصدر مجلة "كراس" ودعى إلى مركز "الآن" للثقافة والفنون والاعلام، وأصدر كتباً عدة
شعرية وسياسية أخرها "جدل الآن" شارك فيه قرابة 130 كاتباً. والكتاب عموماً يتحدث
عن الديمقراطية وحقوق الانسان وقد أفرد جزءاً خاصاً بمنظمة العفو الدولية. أما
اليوم فأن صاحب الاصدارات المختلفة والمشاريع الثقافية والباحث في قضايا
الديمقراطية تُنتهك حقوقه من قبل دولة لجأ إليها فوقع فريسة الروتين والتشدد
البيروقراطي..

نحن الموقعين أدناه كتاباً وشعراء وصحفيين وناشطين ومنظمات حقوق الانسان نطالب
الدولة الألمانية النظر إلى ملف أحمد سليمان بعين حريصة خصوصاً أن أوضاعه الصحية في
حالة سيئة فهو يعاني جراء محنته هذه من تقلص في عضلات القلب ومن آلام في ظهره. في
غضون ذلك تناول أدوية وصفت له من قبل طبيب الهيئة المختصة نتج عنها ردود فعل عكسية،
في ذات الوقت تزامن نقله من مدينة "ثريار" إلى مدينة "فرانكت هال" وهناك تعرض
لإهمال آخر ولم يتم النظر إلى ملفه الصحي الذي أصلاً هو بحاجة إلى ترميم، اضافة إلى
ذلك تم وضعه في كمب اللاجئين في جنوب ألمانيا بعيداً عن حركة الثقافة التي كرس
حياته لأجلها.

بناءً على ما جاء نطالب الجهات المختصة والمنظمات الانسانية بالتدخل الفوري باسعاف
طلبه كما ونطالب نقله إلى مكان يليق بمستواه الثقافي والانساني، وما ننتظره من
الدولة الألمانية الاسراع بمنحه حق اللجوء حسب الاتفاقات والمعاهدات الدولية. أو
السماح له بمغادرة الماني الى بلدان أوربية أخرى (فرنسا – سويسرة – بريطانيا) وفق
ضمانات تجي ز حق اللجوء فيها، أسوة بالقوانين والمعاهدات الدولية المعمول بها.
