Clean Up An Extremely Corrupt Federal Court!

The public depend on the Courts being honest. They count on being able to obtain justice, as a last resort, in the Federal Court System. And when Federal Judges sell their justice for Free Educational Junkets, or for personal political gain, or as a "favor" to a friend, a fellow attorney, or a fellow federal employee, they are committing the most grievous of crimes.

They are responsible for not only harming some victim of their conduct, in most cases, but they are guilty of extreme harm to the American Judicial System.

Both Senior Federal Judge Norma Holloway Johnson, and Chief Federal Judge Thomas F. Hogan, have knowingly, and willingly misused their power as Federal Judges to violate the Constitutional Rights of Veterans, and to render their First Amendment Right of Access to the Courts nothing less then frivolous.

U. S. District Court Judge Norma Holloway Johnson in Case 84-0399 in Washington, D.C. did knowingly, and willingly, put false information in a Judgment ORDER in that Case with the intent to deny a Disabled Vietnam Veteran meaningful access to her Court.

Judge Norma Holloway Johnson did knowingly, and willingly, commit the crime described in the paragraph above to help cover up crimes by a U.S. Attorney illegally destroying evidence in the form of the VA Claim File of Billy Ray Kidwell.

Chief Judge Thomas F. Hogan, as well as every judge in the United States District Court in Washington, D.C. received constant letters from the victim, Billy Kidwell, about these crimes and not only took no steps to correct the injustice, but misused their power to hinder Disabled Veteran Billy Kidwell in obtaining evidence in the form of a copy of Case 84-0399.

We seek a FULL Criminal investigation of these Judges. For them to be impeached, as judges, disbarred as attorneys, and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for their many federal crimes.

We seek fair, honest, Federal Judges especially in the center of the free world, Washington, D.C. instead of the cesspool of corruption, rotten judges, and professional liars without morals that operate that Court now.

We call on Congress to appoint an Independent Prosecutor, not connected with the Court, or Justice Department, to fully investigate these crimes and for the complete investigation to be made public.

Americans need an honest Court System. Evidence of these crimes by the named Federal Judges is Publically Displayed at www.VetsForJustice.com which is a Civil Rights Group for Veterans.

We pray that the named Corrupt Federal Judges be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for their crimes.
