Amend Title 3, Animals - Code of Alabama |
To: Alabama LegislatureWe the people of Alabama hereby petition the Alabama Legislature to amend Title 3, Animals, Code of Alabama with this language; The state of Alabama recognizes that dogs are valuable personal property. No city, county, or state authority shall restrict, or prohibit the ownership of dogs by breed, or by physical description. No city, county, or state authority shall declare any dog breed, or mixed breed as potentially dangerous, or dangerous.
