بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
إلى: البيت الأبيض، وزارة الخارجية الأمريكية
عانى الشعب العراقي لسنوات طويلة من الظلم والاضطهاد في ظل نظام صدام البائد الذي مارس الإبادة الجماعية ومختلف أشكال التمييز العنصري والطائفي ضد هذا الشعب في ظل صمت دولي مطبق، مما دفعه إلى الاستهتار بجميع المواثيق الدولية والاعتداء على دول الجوار فأصبح بذلك يشكل خطرا على المجتمع الدولي ككل، مما حدا به إلى توفير الدعم للشعب العراقي لإسقاط ذلك النظام القمعي منذ ثلاث سنوات.
وعلى مر الأعوام الثلاثة المنصرمة قام أزلام النظام البائد من البعثيين، ومعهم زمر الإرهابيين التكفيريين، بارتكاب أبشع الجرائم بحق الشعب العراقي من قتل وتفجير وتدمير للبنى التحتية سعيا منهم للعودة إلى الحكم من جديد.
ولكن بعد الانتصارات التي حققها الشعب العراقي على درب الحرية والديمقراطية فوجئنا بموقف السفير الأمريكي في بغداد، زلماي خليل زاده، الذي بدأ بتوجيه رسائل عبر مختلف القنوات الإعلامية والدبلوماسية تعمل على إذكاء الفتنة الطائفية وتشجيع الإرهابيين وبقايا البعثيين في العراق على الاستمرار في طريق العنف والإرهاب من أجل إفشال العملية السياسية، مما ينذر بإيقاع العراق في دوامة حرب أهلية.
وبناء على ذلك، فإننا نحمله مسؤولية الأزمة الطائفية الراهنة في العراق وما ترتب عليها من اضطرابات أمنية، ونطالب بتنحيته عن منصبه، وتعيين سفير جديد محايد لا يقحم انتماءه الديني والطائفي في العمل السياسي، وأخيرا نطالب المجتمع الدولي بالالتزام بمسؤولياته تجاه العملية السياسية في العراق لكي لا تتكرر مأساة الشعب العراقي من جديد.

The Iraqi people have suffered from the injustice and persecution for many years during Saddam's eradicated regime, which has brutally committed genocide and all kinds of racial and sectarian discriminations against them. All those awful crimes were met with an international silence which encouraged Saddam's regime to expand those sick behaviors to the surrounding countries. Accordingly, the international community realized Saddam's regime danger and hence supported the Iraqi people to get rid of that regime three years ago.
Unfortunately, during the past three years, that regime’s followers, together with the terrorist fundamentalists, have committed barbaric crimes against the Iraqi people including killing, bombing and destroying the infrastructure to gain the authority again.
After all the victories achieved by the Iraqi people on their way to build the free and democratic Iraq, we were shocked by the US ambassador in Iraq, Zalmay Khalilzad, when he started sending messages through different media and diplomatic channels that encourage terrorists and the Ba’ath followers in Iraq to continue their terrorism and crimes until we find ourselves on the edge of a civil war.
Based on this behavior, we consider Mr. Zalmay responsible for the current sectarian violence in Iraq. Therefore, we strongly request the US Government to dismiss him from his position, and to nominate a new neutral ambassador who would not behave based on his religion or rite. Finally, we request the international community to support the new government in Iraq to avoid repeating the Iraqi tragedy again.
