Many users of your wonderful products in Russia concerned at the lack of official representation company in the country.


Numerous problems creates a so-called representative of Apple IMC Russia. The policies pursued by this company for the Russian people are not acceptable. Nor will the seed to help customers from your "partner" can't cause positive emotions on users.


Perhaps the Russian market for your company is not as significant as Europe, but in Russia many users want to use your products and have confidence that they will get decent service your company known worldwide.
