We, Romanians, have been advocates of your products and services for some time now. As you may or may not know, the brand's representation and distribution in Romania are exclusively managed by a wholesaler, IRIS SA (Apcom) (which is owned by MDS Holdings) and by a handful of retail stores who buy from the wholesaler. However, as you don't have direct representation in Romania, we cannot benefit from all your products and offers. Here are some points that could bring advantages on both sides, if you consider to open a branch in Romania:

Indeed you launched the AppStore some while ago and it became rather popular in Romania. But we would like you to fill the store with music, movies, podcasts and more.

2. Localize Mac OS X

More than half of the OS sales in our country are Romanian language versions, so the localization is a must-have.

3. Resolve distribution and support issues

The distribution is very poor. Products arrive in stores very late, and when out-of-stock, it takes like forever until the stores are supplied with new items. On the other hand, the customer support service is virtually absent, while phone support is only available in English.

4. Standardize the Romanian Apple homepage

Apple.ro is a shame for your brand.
