We, the undersigned, do not support Aramark and the way it treats both workers and students at La Posada and across the University of New Mexico. The company does not treat its workers fairly by preventing them from forming unions, or pay them a living wage, and it fails to accommodate different religions and moral persuasions with regard to the food choices and operating hours. We, the undersigned, support improvements in worker and student treatment. Failing that, we recommend that the board of regents search for other food providers to meet the standards of students and staff at the University of New Mexico.
