ArmA2 FreeTrack Petition

Petition:
If you think that Bohemia Interactive Studio should make their game ArmA2 head tracking FREE, by implementing the FreeTrack SDK (which is already free) in a game patch (or from the mind of any other solution they could find), the sooner the better (patch 1.03 would be excellent!), sign this petition.

The last time we got a response from BIS, they said “I am sorry, but we are unable to support a device which is very little widespread." "...there is no exclusivity for NaturalPoint, but TrackIR installed base seems to be a lot larger that FreeTrack has, which is why we have built in support for TrackIR but not for FreeTrack. Once there will be more FreeTrack users, we can reconsider the support again.” Ondrej Spanel, BIS Lead Programmer.

In other words, they are asking us to show them how many users wants the support. So, what are we waiting for? Let’s sign the petition! Let’s show BIS we are not a few and that we’re made of perseverance.

Preamble:
As most of you know, BIS's game ArmA2 doesn't support any kind of head tracking device, but one that’s too expensive for the majority.

This petition was created because the last four threads opened to discuss the issue at BIS’s forum were closed by them.

So, our hope with this petition is to show BIS that the demand that asks for FreeTrack to be implemented in ArmA2 is not that “little widespread”, neither a passenger one. It is gigantic and it came to stay.
