Laws Against Animal Cruelty

Animal Cruelty Laws in the United States are not enforced! We must change these laws so violators can be rightly punished. Too many people are getting out of jail early, or are fined too little money for these heinous crimes. Sign this petition and we will work together as a group to protect and ensure the safety for all the innocent animals inside of our country.
