On the 7th December 2010, Julian Assange handed himself into British police to face trial for extradition to Sweden.

He has committed no crime. The charges of sexual assault were dropped three months ago when the judge said he had "nothing to face", but were reinstated due to political pressure. His lawyer has seen none of the evidence. Assange refuses to consent to extradition. This shows all the signs of a gross miscarriage of justice.

To add to all this, Sweden has a history of holding prisoners for extradition to the USA. Surely the British government should not hand him over?

We ask that Julian Assange not be extradited to a country where he will not be safe, and be allowed instead to stand trial in the UK. If you agree, join us!
