Government to Set Aside Money to stop Animal Cruelty.

Dear Readers,

A recent event has brought me to this point. My best friend, since I was six, was poisoned. By a neighbor, who had put Anti-Freeze into her yard, to do exactly that. Kill innocent cats. Why? For one simple reason. She could. I am tired of animal cruelty that goes on each day. Of animals who are killed in pounds when they are not adopted. This is my proposal. I want the Government to set aside a certain amount of money for the following reasons:

Stop animal testing. For beauty products, medicine, etc. The following link should explain some of your questions. The money would help for more animals to be lead into safety.

Secondly, the money would be useful for pounds or other related places. With more money, it would be helpful for them to build more places and space, and keep the animals for longer. Without putting them down after a certain amount of time.
Animals can not speak for themselves. Sometimes, you don't even know when you are about to lost a pet.

Another use would be for Spaying and Neutering. Millions of people do not fix their pets so that they might have offspring. Bad choice. It is a serious health problem to the animal. With the money, more appointments for pets being fixed may be free. So more pets may be fixed, saving thousands of pet lives.

If you read this site, you find under the section, "Cruel and wasteful", Quote- "Animal rights lobbyists also slam pet cloning as cruel and wasteful, when 17 million US animals are put down in shelters each year because no homes can be found for them." As I have said earlier, people do not fix their pets because they want the offspring. Try this. There is thousands of strays dying on the streets because the have not a home. Take one home. You'll be saving a life.

All of this happening to innocent animals. And if we don't do anything soon, yours could be next. Please, help me stopping all of these woeful events.
