We, people who care about Armenia, believe that in any true democracy even, and especially, during time of crisis access to information is a fundamental public right. Moreover, free Information Flow is a very effective leverage in helping to overcome any hardship and crisis democratically.
We are calling on Armenia's authorities to immediately lift off the Armenian Government's inclusion of media prohibitions as part of its enforcement of Article 15 and Article 117 of the Constitution pertaining to a State of Emergency.
We believe that Free Information Flow is a turning point to start building trust.
