After watching several years of basketball, we've gradually observed how the sport has been severely tainted by the irresponsible actions of the pupeteers behind the scenes, who have been known for manipulating the game in order for some underappreciated teams to take hits against better marketed teams, which represent the source of income for the associates and executives administrating it all.
It has come to our attention that, starting from last season, the Orlando Magic has been the object of this "negligent mistakes" by the reffing crew, which have made detrimental calls, not just to the team, but to the end result of the sport itself, by altering the possible outcomes of plays and games in a non-accidental way. Proof of this is the way players like Dwight Howard have not been taken serious this season, getting called for dubitative fouls in plays where other players get the benefit of the doubt. This, without putting into evidence that star players get their calls their way every single time, whether it is out of respect, or out of malice.
This document's intention is for you, signee to make your nuisances to be heard, asking for one of two outcomes out of this:
1) The improval of reffing actions as a whole in aid of the game. We're not asking for a team or a player to get benefit calls in response to this, but for the reffing crew to be fair in their calling of games, making the game more of a sport and less of a marketing device to earn money, or...
2) The resignation of the persons involved, starting by that of NBA Commissioner David Stern, along those of the referees not qualified to do their job, because of their hidden agendas and conflicts of interests.
