i think marijuana should be legalized and sold in moderation if sold by authorized sellers who work for the state i believe that it should be sold but also in moderation for example a person connot buy marijuana more than 4 times a week. my reasons for thinking this is:

1. you would have to smoke your body weight in marijuana in less than 15 minutes to overdose.
2. since the economy is in a depression marijuana will be sold (and taxed)which will greatly help the economy.
3.for people who are in prison for possetion or use of marijuana, the government spends a couple thousand dollars a week for these people in prison and if marijuana is legalized these people will re released saving the government a couple million dollars if not more.

so i am writing this petition to prove to the idiocracy that is our government that there is nothing wrong with marijuana if used in moderation and responsively.
