Help Me Tell Congress: We Demand Equity

With all the mess in the US financial sector someone will pay the bill.
There are two possible solutions. Or taxpayers get the bill or this cost is sent to banks shareholders.

Because those who own business benefit when things go well, these should also pay for bad outcomes.

So, please, Mr. Paulson help the liquidity problem of the financial system, but demand equity from them!
