We, undersigned, request the government of the United Kingdom to extradite Maksim Bakiev to Kyrgyzstan to stand trial on charges of following crimes:

1. Swindle

2. Killing citizens of Kyrgyzstan in April 2010

3. Political corruption, inexpedient usage of the state credits, and corrupted schemes of fuel delivery to Kyrgyzstan

4. Stoking the vicious riots in the South of Kyrgyzstan since 11th of June that have killed hundreds of innocent people
