Ban ":)" from Messenger

I think everybody know the ":)" smiley from the Windows Live Messenger (a.k.a. "MSN"). I hate this f*cker with his/her (I don't know which one is it) disdainful smile. This thing is really frustrating me aand I want to BAN or re-design it.
