Petetion to California State Supreme Court to Strike Down Proposition 8.

We respectfully request that the court uphold the equal protection clause (Article 1, Section 7(a)) of the California State Constitution and strike down Proposition 8 because of its inherent conflict with this Article 1, Section 7 of the California State Constitution.
