Opposition to the granting of any variance of the limiting regulations regarding use and height of the building and especially opposing the erection of any Tower at this site.

We, the undersigned members of the Boca Greens Homeowners Association, are concerned citizens who urge our leaders to act now to halt the development of proposed cell tower.

We feel that such a structure would negatively impact our home value as it will not be an enhancement to the area. The home values in West Boca are already in a state of flux and we are of the opinion that such a structure will only place additional downward pressure upon our neighborhood's home values in particular.

The proposed use is not consistent with the intent and purpose of the PUD in that it will detract from the residential nature of the community and is located adjacent to the main entrance to the community and is too high for this area. Beyond its excessive height it carries a light to intensify its visibility.

Further, there exists many other locations in the area remote from the PUD which could serve as the site for this use, including several that are owned or controlled by the County without adversely impacting the Boca Greens PUD.

Puffin Preschool and Day Care Center (also known as Puffin Learning Academy), along with their play yard where babies, toddlers and preschoolers play outdoors would be within a few feet of this Tower.

For these reasons and others, we asked that the application be denied
