Waste derived biodiesel

To:  The California State Legislature and Governor Schwarzenegger

I strongly urge you to sign into law AB 1846. AB 1846 would reduce the cost of the Inedible Kitchen Grease Transporter License for individuals collecting waste vegetable oil for their own personal use as a diesel fuel alternative.

This law would encourage the production of a recycled, renewable, affordable and clean burning fuel. It would also encourage more people to purchase the License, which in turn would attract more State revenue, improve regulatory oversight and discourage vegetable oil theft.
