This is a request by the student body and staff of Biola University for the increase of speed for the internet provided on campus. Because of it's slow nature, it highly reduces our ability to be productive in our studies.

As stated on the official website, students are limited in how much bandwidth (or speed) they're allowed to have per computer. We ask that this amount is increased, or measures are taken to provide a service that would allow this.

We feel that Biola is behind in comparison to other colleges in the quality of internet service provided.

We are also aware that the advancement of internet technology requires a faster internet connection in order to visit or utilize in a normal manner. This is true of websites that aren't purely for entertainment, but necessary for our studies.

We ask that Biola increases our bandwidth or communicates with us the goals and plans to increase it for us in whatever way that may be.
